Investigating bodies of the Moscow Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have completed investigating a criminal case against leader of Moscow nationalist organization “Liga Oborony Moskvy” (League of Moscow Defense) Daniil Konstantinov. He is charged with part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code (murder, out of hooliganism).

According to investigators, in the evening of 3 December 2011, near an exit from the subway station Ulitsa Akademika Yangelya of the Moscow Lenin subway, Daniil Konstantinov during an argument with a 24-year-old man out of personal dislike several times punched him in his head and torso and then stabbed him in chest with a knife. The victim died on the spot.

In the near future the accused and his lawyers will start reading materials of the case.
