Investigating bodies of the Moscow Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has charged a 40-year-old man with crimes under paragraphs “a” and “c” of part 2 of article 105 and part 3 of article 30, paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code (murder of two or more persons and attempted murder).

We remind, that the day before the man in a flat in Moscow stabbed his mother and two his children. The victims died of the wounds. Wife of the accused managed to get outside and call the police. The suspect was detained.

Under the petition of investigators the suspect was placed into custody as a pretrial restraining measure. Investigation is to be continued.
