Today the court satisfied petition of investigator and put three policemen of Khoroshevo-Mnemniki Moscow Directorate of Ministry of Internal Affairs– police drivers Dmitry Kolotovkin, Alexander Vlasenko and Artyom Skubak. They are suspected of extortion, abduction of a 22-year-old Moscow resident and his murder.
Today one of the accomplices came to the investigator. Andrey alyokhin announced that he was involved in the crimes. In the near future the investigator will decide on his detention.
According to investigators, on 5 September this year, the suspects tried to hijack a BMW-530 owned by their 22-year-old acquaintance. In the car, they stabbed the owner no less than 77 times. When the man was dead they hid his body in the forest of the village of Zagoryansky, Moscow Region, and disappeared on the stolen car, which was later found during investigative operations in the courtyard of one of the policemen.
Having skills they got in the police service the suspects did their best to conceal the traces of the crime. Only after the victim’s relatives had reported to the investigative Committee that the abductors were extorting money, investigators, having analyzed all the information they had, made conclusions about criminal nature of Agayev’s abduction. The investigators gave orders to field services to find the whereabouts of the dead. The suspects were held in the shortest possible time. The tactics of investigating operations on them was directed to find out the circumstances of the abduction. The investigation was so efficient that its results allowed conclusions that the detainees were involved not only in extortion and abduction, but in the murder as well. Despite all the attempts to conceal the crimes, investigators got necessary evidence. Moreover, investigators believe that Agayev’s abduction, murder and extortion of money are not the only crimes the suspects are involved into. Today investigators are checking the version that they committed a number of other serious offences.
At present the decision was made to transfer this case to the department on investigation of crimes committed by law enforcement officers.
