The Main Investigation Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has launched a criminal investigation against leader of a Ukraine’s nationalist organization Dmitry Korchinsky over crimes under part 2 of article 354 of the RF Penal Code (public calls for start of aggressive war using media), part 2 of article 205.2 (public calls for terrorist attacks using media).
According to investigators, Korchinsky in his speeches publicly called for terrorist attacks and aggressive war in the Crimea and other regions of the Russian Federation. In the near future there will be a warrant issues to prosecute Korchinsky as the accused. It should be noted that a custodial restraint had been imposed in absentia on Korchinsky and other members of the UNA-UNSO during the investigation into creation of a gang for attacking Russian citizens in the Chechen Republic. The criminal case is under investigation by the North Caucasus Federal District Investigation Directorate.
Law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation will do everything possible to find and prosecute Korchinsky. He, Yarosh, Muzychko and alike can be sure that violent crimes committed in the Russian Federation as well as calls to commit such will not go unpunished. Russian law-enforcement bodies can not only protect Russian citizens, but bring brazen Bandera’s followers, who history shows are only able to kill peaceful defenseless people, down a peg or two. They are going to go through a prisoner’s box right into Russian penitentiary facilities, where a lot of their UNA-UNSO comrades are waiting for them impatiently.
