In Krasnoyarsk Territory Vilor Struganov charged with several murders

Today the Krasnoyarsk Territory investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have charged Vilor Struganov with crimes under article 17, paragraphs “e” and “h” of Article 102 of the RSFSR Penal Code (organization of the murder of two or more people), part 3 of article 33, paragraphs “a” and “g” of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (organization of murder by a group in conspiracy).

According to initial version of the investigators, in 1994-1998 members of an organized group committed contract murders in the Krasnoyarsk Territory with the purpose of redivision of criminal influence areas. The leader of the group a 52-year-old man born in the Kemerovo Region, known among criminals as “Pasha Tsvetomuzyka” was internationally wanted for a murder.

Struganov was taken in custody pending the trial and was transported to Krasnoyarsk for further investigation. Investigators are looking into his involvement in other crimes in the Russian Federation. Investigation is ongoing.
