Progress of investigation in organization of illegal migration in Biryulyovo

The Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case started on 15 October 2013 against managers and owners of ZAO Novye Cheryomushki over a crime under part 2 of article 332.1 of the RF Penal Code (organization of illegal migration).

On 23 May 2014, leaseholder of the facility Rasim Sadykov, who had been wanted, was held on suspicion of the crime. The suspect was hospitalized with a heart attack. He will be questioned as soon as doctors permit to do that.

We remind that according to investigators, Sadykov was a member of an organized group and had ensured different activities aimed at organization of illegal migration to the facility. Namely, the suspect had employed illegal migrants despite the absence of necessary documents.

The investigation is ongoing.
