The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee for the Southern Federal District have opened a criminal case over a crime under article 30, part 2 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (attempted murder in aggravating circumstances) after Ukraine shelled Russian territory wounding a Russian customs official.

The investigators are looking into all the reasons and circumstances of the incident. The investigators of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are working at the scene examining it to collect the evidence.
