The investigating bodies of the Russia’s investigative Committee for the Republic of Khakassia are investigating a criminal case against former Deputy Chairman of Khakassian Government – former Minister of Agriculture and Rations Ivan Vagner. He is suspected of crimes under part 2 of article 285 of the RF Penal Code (abuse of authority), article 289 (illegal participation in business activity).

At present initial investigation is underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime and consolidate the evidence. The investigation is ongoing.
