Following procedural check criminal investigation launched against Ukrainian politicians

The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee following a procedural check has started a criminal investigation against Ukrainian deputies Yuri Beryoza, Andrey Levus and Igor Mosiychuk over a crime under article 205.2 of the RF Penal Code (public calls for terrorism or public justification of terrorism).

Beryoza, Levus and Mosiychuk made statements justifying the crimes committed on 4 December 2014 in the city of Grozny and using mass media called for committing similar crimes in the Russian Federation. The suspects are wanted.

Those so-called deputies, are probably not acquainted quite well with or don’t’ know anything about the efficiency of the Russian law enforcement. Special for them and for those might be tempted to repeat their statements I remind that no-one of those who have committed terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation have not gone unpunished: some of them are serving their time in prison, others were killed during special operations. This is the fate of those who commit any crimes against Russian citizens, wherever they are.
