In Chelyabinsk Region investigation against former director of affiliate of Rosgranstroy accused of bribery finished

Chelyabinsk Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigating a criminal case against former director of the Ural affiliate of Rosgranstroy Boris Dudka charged with crimes under paragraph “b” of part 5 of article 290 of the RF Penal Code and part 6 of article 290 (bribery).

According to investigators, in the period between 2012 and 2014, the accused took bribes of over 3.5 million rubles for signing documents on completion of work by commercial organizations. The operative support is provided by the officers of the regional office of the Federal Security Service.

The investigators have gathered enough evidence so the criminal case has been sent for the indictment to be approved and will further be sent to court to be tried on the merits.

During the probe the investigator sent the head of Rosgranstroy a request to eliminate causes and conditions that contributed to the crime.
