Amur Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have detained CEO of OOO DSS Roman Suvorov suspected of a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (complete failure to pay wages for more than 2 moths).

According to investigators, the accused while being head of the organization that performed construction work at Vostochny cosmodrome and having enough money, failed to pay wages to workers for January, February and the first half of March 2015. According to preliminary information the sum of the debt stands at about 3.5 million rubles.

Searches are underway in the company and the suspect’s residence. The detainee will soon be delivered in Amur Region for necessary investigative operations. The investigation is ongoing.
