The investigating bodies of Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigation in a crime under part 2 of article 111 of the RF penal Code (deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm).

According to investigators, on 3 April 2015, about 5:30 PM, in a flat in Bobruyskaya street in Moscow, a cohabiter of the mother of a 5-year-old child delivered at least 19 blows to different parts of the child’s body. The boy fainted and went into coma. He is still in coma at the moment.

During the probe the man was detained on suspicion of the crime, charged and remanded in custody pending trial.

At the present time the investigators have enough evidence, so the criminal case has been sent for the indictment to be approved.
