The Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee is investigating a case over murders of the head of the operation gas service for Kizlyar Region of OOO Dagestangazservis, deputy head of Anti-Extremism Center of the Dagestani Minister of the Interior committed in 2010, attempted murder of deputy head of Kizlyar administration and over financing terrorism (parts 1 and 2, of article 205.1, parts 3 and 5 of article 33, article 317, parts 3 and 5 of article 33, part 1 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code). The persons under investigation are the deputy of the Dagestani People’s Assembly, manager of the Dagestan office of the Russian Pension Fund Sagid Murtazaliye, Head of Kizlyar District Andrey Vinogradov and Omar Asadulayev.

Today a court ruled in absentia to remand Murtazaliyev in custody pending trial. He is charged with terrorist activity using his position (financing terrorism); organization of ah attempt on the life of the deputy head of Anti-Extremism Center of the Dagestani Minister of the Interior; organization of the attempted murder of deputy head of Kizlyar administration.

It was earlier reported that Andrey Vinogradov was arrested following the request of investigator. Murtazaliyev and Asadulayev are hiding abroad, so they are wanted across the world.
