The Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has assumed personal control over the progress of the investigation in the attempted murder of a small child and his relative. Mr. Bastrykin ordered investigators of the Ulyanovsk Region Investigations Directorate to not only conduct a thorough investigation into the crime so that the accused had no chances of get away with it, but to send the case to court as soon as possible and to find and detain all members of the gang who wrung out debts, but in fact were into extortion and racket.

Considering that this case is far from being the first one of such a method to reclamation of debts, we address to all citizens who suffered from the actions of so-called debt collectors: we urge you to report to territorial bodies of the Investigative Committee.
