The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee has opened an investigation in a crime under Article 110 of the RF Penal Code (Incitement of suicide).

According to investigators, on 9 February 2016, a 6-year0old boy was left alone in a flat in an apartment building in Kochnovsky passage in Moscow. He climbed onto a windowsill and fell out the window on the 7^th floor. The witnesses found the boy and called for an ambulance. The boy was taken to hospital with numerous injuries, where doctors are providing him with necessary aid and establishing the harm.

At present, a set of investigative operations are underway to find out all the details of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
