Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has been to a concert at the State Academic Maly Theater. These concerts of the theater’s company have become traditional and gather a lot of friends of the theater in warm and amiable atmosphere.

After the concert, Mr. Bastrykin met with actors. He underlined the significant role of actors in building patriotism in spectators. During the meeting Mr. Bastrykin especially noted the work of the art director of the Maly Theater, people’s artist of the USSR yuri Solomin and people’s artist of the USSR Elina Bystritskaya and awarded them with medals of the Investigative Committee “70^th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War” and the book “Pages of Memory” dedicated to the officials of the Investigative Committee killed in the line of duty.

During the meeting Mr. Solomin offered Mr. Bastrykin a seat in the board of trustees of the Maly Theater.
