A court has recognized the evidence gathered by the Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee sufficient to convict Ruslan Shamsuarov and Viktor Uskov. They were found guilty of a crime under Article 319 of the RF Penal Code (offence of a representative of the authority).

The court and investigators have revealed that on 22 May 2016, Madzhidov, Shamsuarov and Uskov were driving a Mercedes-Benz car on Leninsky Avenue in the direction of the Moscow Circuit Highway grossly violating the road code. The young people saw that traffic policemen tried to stop them, but still they continued driving. They filmed everything what was happening providing their actions with insults addressed to the policemen and posted the video on the Internet.

The fourth accomplice was identified during the investigation. It is a 20-year-old resident of Moscow. The criminal case against him has been severed to form a separate law suit because he is wanted.
