The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee is investigating a crime under part 4 of Article 132 of the RF Penal Code (sexual abuse).

According to investigators, on the afternoon of 1 November 2016, a man assaulted an 11-year-old girl in an elevator of a residential building in Lipetskaya Street in Moscow.

A 47-year-old citizen of the USA has been detained on suspicion of the crime. Soon he will be taken to the investigators for questioning and to be checked on involvement in the crime. The preliminary investigation is going to find out all circumstances of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
