The Khabarovsk Territory Office of the Investigative Committee continues criminal investigation in nonpayment of salaries during more than two months under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code.

According to investigators, since July 2016 to March 2017, management of a timber business didn’t pay salaries to its employees. The businesses owed more than 19 million rubles to 90 employees.

The investigators carried out explanatory work with the management of the enterprise and noted that it is unacceptable to delay salaries. The management agreed with all the statements of the investigation and fully paid off the debt.

Criminal investigation is ongoing.
