By request of Moscow Head Investigative Office of the Investigative Committee preinvestigation has been launched due to media report about illegal hospitalization of old woman into mental hospital in order to take possession of her real estate.

Media report says that a group of persons repeatedly tried to declare the 90-years-old woman as legally incapable and take possession of her apartment, located at Mira Prospekt, Moscow.

Necessary checks are being carried out to find out all the consequences surrounding the incident. Procedural decision will be made in accordance with check results.
