The Saint Petersburg Office of the Investigative Committee is running a check into media reports about a road conflict between an ambulance driver and a local resident in Primorsky District in Saint Petersburg.

Mass media report that on the evening of 2 May 2017, a local resident in his KIA car blocked an ambulance van near an apartment building in Parashutnaya Street.

At present, a check is underway to find out all the circumstances surrounding the incident. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
