A federal TV channel has shown today a story about residents of the cottage settlement of Novoye Aristovo in Solnechnogorsk District who are blocked from entering the settlement and their houses. There is a court decision on free access to their homes. According local residents, representatives of property management company raise tariffs without permission. For example, the payment for housing maintenance reached up to 9 thousand rubles a month. The story also says that the residents applied to police and the property management company but to no avail.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has ordered the Moscow Region Directorate to run a check in the information and find out all the circumstances surrounding the incident, as well as to give legal assessment to the actions of the property management company’s employees, police and officials of the district administration.
