The reception of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia on Vkontakte receives multiple complaints from citizens from among orphan children and children left without parental care from Omsk Region and Altai Territory about unresolved housing issues, sometimes open indifference and inaction of the authorities. The socially unprotected citizens are forced for years to literally beg authorities for things provided for by legislation of the Russian Federation. Sometimes they have court rulings in their favor that are just not fulfilled. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin has repeatedly stated that orphans often face local bureaucracy red-tapery, and the task of law enforcement agencies is to suppress fraud, abuse of authorities and negligence in providing orphans with housing and bring those responsible to justice to the fullest extent of the law.
In this relation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to organize a personal reception of citizens from Omsk Region and Altai Territory that have applied for help in resolving housing issues.
