Criminal Cases Have Been Initiated Against a Ukrainian Doctor and a TV Presenter

The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has initiated criminal cases against Gennadiy Druzenko and Natalya Moseychuk. Their public statements contain signs of a crime under Paragraph b, Part 2, Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation  (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of the dignity of a group of persons on the grounds of gender, nationality, ethnicity committed publicly, including using the media or information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, by a person using his official position).

Druzenko, who is a military doctor, on the air of a Ukrainian television channel, using his official position publicly called for violence, dangerous to life and health, against Russian servicemen who had been captured by Ukrainian troops during the special military operation.

At the same time, TV presenter Moseychuk, on the air of the Ukrainian television channel, using her official position publicly called for the use of violence dangerous to life and health, against Russian pilots participating in the special military operation on the territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics and Ukraine, and also their family members.

The Investigative Committee of Russia is establishing the circumstances of the crimes committed. After collecting the necessary information, Druzenko and Moseychuk will be put on the international wanted list.
