The Head of the Russian Investigative Committee instructs to launch a criminal case on the eviction of an elderly woman from an apartment in Tverskaya oblast; the lady has the "Children of War" status

Today, during the media review, the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Tverskaya oblast revealed a publication, where it was stated, that a lonely 80-year-old woman with the status of "Children of War" was unreasonably evicted from her apartment in a building located in Moskovsky raion of the Tver city.

In order to identify all the actual circumstances of the incident, described in the media, the Regional Investigative Bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia organized a pre-investigation inspection.

The Head of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Tugaev T.D., acting Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Tverskaya oblast, to launch a criminal case and report on the circumstances of the incident which already detected. The investigation is a subject to control in the Main Investigative Directorate of the Department.
