The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to submit a report on the violation of the rights of socially underprivileged citizenries in Crimea

A resident of the Sevastopol city contacted the department’s account on the VKontakte social network, and reported that her child with a disability was not receiving proper medical treatment, and all appeals to the authorized bodies did not resolve the problem.

There was also an appeal about local officials in the Republic of Crimea violating the rights and legitimate interests of orphans who do not receive social benefits due to them.

Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. V.N. Terentyev, Head of the Main Investigation Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the Sevastopol city to study the issues set forth in the appeals, detect all the circumstances and immediately organize procedural inspection if there are any reasonable grounds.
