Another criminal case against leaders of organized criminal group led by Sergei Tsapok and Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz was opened in the village Kushchevskaya

The General Investigative Office for the North Caucasus and the Southern Federal Districts of the Investigative Committee has opened another criminal case against Sergei Tsapok and Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz suspected of attempted murder and robbery of a resident of the village Kushchevskaya in 2008.

According to investigators, Tsapok and Tsepovyaz, who were in 2008 the deputies of the District Council of the municipality "Kuschevskiy Rayon", carried out the attempted murder of a local resident, and stole his belongings. Within the criminal case investigators and field officers of the Chief Internal Affairs Directorate in Krasnodar Territory, conducted a number of searches during which 9.6 million rubles and a large quantity of gold jewelries were found in Tsepovyaz’s house.
