On the course and outcome of appeals and petitions of residents Kushchevskaya village of Krasnodar Territory to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee

Upon review of the appeal to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee from Evgeniya, daughter of Galina Kroshka, the rector of the North-Kuban Humanities Institute of Technology, number of decisions have been made. The appeal of a court decision on the conviction of Galina Kroshka in accordance with the competence is transferred to the General Prosecutors Office of the Russian Federation. According to a report of rape of female students in the North-Kuban Humanities Institute of Technology, Investigative Office of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory interviewed more than two hundred girls. Currently a number of pre-investigation checks are conducted, on the results of which procedural decisions will be adopted.

From 22 November to 7 December this year in the village Kushchevskaya 421 people asked for admission, from which 316 written complaints were received. The Chairman November 22 received personally 18 people, from whom 13 written complaints were received.
