Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory continue to investigate into criminal cases involving grave and very grave crimes committed in the past.

During the investigation of the criminal case opened on the killing of Nicolay Tsapok and the attempted murder of Vyacheslav Ryabtsev, which occurred in October 2002 in a shopping stand at the crossroads of Lenin Street and Sverdlov Street in the village Kushchevskaya, the investigators received information about the involvement into the crime of 31-year old Vadim Palkin.

As established by the investigation, the motive could be mutual hostility between the suspect and Nicolay Tsapok, and persons of his environment.

Earlier, the suspect had been taken into custody in connection with criminal charges for murder of Boris Moskvich.

Currently, the investigators conduct all the necessary proceedings to establish all the circumstances of the crime. Preliminary investigation continues.
