Today within framework of a case over use of violence against the policemen performing a mission of an investigator connected with the investigation into attempted murder of Aleksey Usachev, three suspects have been arrested: Mayerbek Islam, born in 1991, Alkhazur Magamaev, born in 1988, and Khabib Ibragimov, born in 1991. The investigators qualified their actions as crimes under part 1 of article 318 of the RF Criminal Code (use of violence against a representative of the authority). In the near future investigator will file a motion to the court demanding to take the men into custody.

In case the information on involvement of other people in the use of violence against the policemen is confirmed, the measures to identify those people and detain them will be taken immediately.
