The Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has started checking into facts of organizing mass riots in Russia featured in the documentary Anatomy of protest-2 broadcast by NTV on 5 October 2012.

A procedural decision will be made after the check.

We remind, that the Central Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case over mass riots and use of violence against representatives of the authority on 6 May 2012 on Bolotnaya Ploshchad in Moscow, where 17 people have already been under investigation. The criminal proceedings against two persons were severed into separate lawsuits and investigating operations on them are finished.
