In connection with information spread by a number of media about wrongdoings against Razvozzhayev it is necessary to point out that no official complaints on tortures, kidnapping or other wrongdoings against him either during initiation of criminal proceedings or during arraignment in the Investigative Committee were received from Razvozzhayev.
