The Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee during investigation of a case over preparing for mass riots initiated over the check of the facts showed in the documentary Anatomy of a Protest-2, has charged Sergey Udaltsov with a crime under part 1 of article 30 and part 1 of article 2012 of the RF Criminal Code.

Udaltsov wouldn’t plead guilty, but gave detailed statements on the circumstances of the crime he was charged with while being interrogated as an accused.

The pre-trial restraining measure stays the same – written undertaking not to leave the place.
