Today investigators have assigned a forensic psychiatric expert examination for Dmitry Vinogradov charged with murder and attempted murder. The Serbsky State Scientific Center for Social and Forensic Psychiatry is charged to carry out the examination.

It should be reminded that Moscow investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee charge Dmitry Vinogradov with crimes under paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 105, part 3 of article 30, paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code (murder of two or more people, attempted murder of two or more people).

According to investigators, in the morning of 7 November 2012, Vinogradov entered the office of the pharmaceutical company, with which he is employed and opened fire from his carbines. Three men and two women were killed at their workplaces. At the stairs to the office the suspect shot to death another of his colleagues. One man and one woman were wounded and hospitalized. Later the man died in hospital. The only survived woman is under treatment.
