On 1 November 2013, at about 2 PM, an explosion happened in the magistrate court at the address No 1 “a” in 5^th microdistrict of the village of Zaozyorny in the town of Kurgan killing two people.

An investigating group of experienced officers of the investigations directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee in Kurgan Region set off for the crime scene. At present the crime scene is being examined and the circumstances of the incident are being found. A procedural decision will be made following the results of the check.
