Direct telephone communication was held between the Chairman of the Investigative Committee and the citizens

People from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Astrakhan, Vladimir, Ivanovo and Moscow regions, as well as from Moscow called 8-800-333-02-95 8-495-640-20-46 today to talk to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The citizens mainly complained about inadequate investigation of criminal cases pending in the regional bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia and expressed their disagreement with the procedural decisions taken in criminal cases and with other issues. Thus, a person who called from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), informed the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of improper investigation of the criminal case of damage to the health caused to the applicant by the police officer of the department №1 of MOI of Russia in Yakutsk.

Alexander Bastrykin gave specific instructions to the heads of a number of regional bodies of the Investigative Committee to deal with all the complaints received from the citizens. Their fulfillment is under control of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
