Today, Alexander Bastrykin has held an operative meeting with heads of investigations directorates of the Russia’s Investigative Committee in the Southern Federal District.

The meeting discussed issues of cooperation between investigating divisions of the Committee and bodies carrying out investigating and search operations during investigating criminal cases over crimes committed against minors. Based on the results of the meeting there were developed ways of overcoming such problems of cooperation between the agencies during investigation of such cases.

In addition, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee heard the reports on a number of high-profile cases over crimes committed in these regions. Over all criminal cases Alexander Bastrykin gave orders to carry out additional investigating operations.
