The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee in the Republic of Bashkortostan have finished investigating a criminal case against a local woman. She is charged with crimes under part 3 of article 30, part 4 of article 159 of the RF Penal Code (attempted murder on an especially massive scale) and part 1 of article 303 (tampering with evidence under a civil action by a person participating in the action).

According to investigators in the period between 2011 and 2013 the accused forged 4 loan agreements worth over 9 million rubles to her acquaintances. Based on the said agreements, the woman filed motions to courts to recover debts. Courts rejected the motions.

At present the investigators have gathered enough evidence, therefore, the criminal case with the approved indictment has been sent to court to be tried on the merits.
