In Primorye Territory employees of Investigative Committee congratulate war veterans and lay flowers to Eternal Flame

The Victory Day is one of the most respected holidays not only in Russia, but in other countries of the former Soviet Union. On that day the fascist Germany declared full and unconditional surrender. That was a Great Victory of our people!

On the eve of the Victory Day employees of the Primorye Territory Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee congratulated veterans of the Great Patriotic War Dmitry Afanasyevich Turchin and Sergey Vladimirovich Bykov. Both of them in different times in their lives worked in investigating bodies.

Dmitry Turchin is a professor now. For many years he has been teaching criminal science at the law department in the Far Eastern State University. Sergey Bykov is an activist, he takes part in amateur talent activities, rights poems and takes part in patriotic education of young people.

Together with the veterans the employees of the Investigations Directorate visited the memorial “Military Glory of Pacific Fleet” on Korabelnaya embankment in the city of Vladivostok to pay tributes to those killed during the Great Patriotic War and placed flowers and a wreath to the Eternal Flame. After that the employees of the Investigative Committee invited veterans to visit a classroom at the criminalistics office of the Investigations Directorate.
