In Saint-Petersburt CEO of OOO Solveks-Turne travel agency under house arrest

Saint-Petersburg Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee is continuing investigating frauds (part 4 of article 159 of the RF Criminal Code) committed by employees of OOO Solveks-Turne (LLC).

At the moment Tamara Khaletskaya, the company’s CEO, has been detained on suspicion of committing the crime. According to investigators, in August 2014 she, being unable to meet obligations under the contracts on travel service signed with citizens, continued signing the contracts, misinforming clients about her intentions on meeting her liabilities. As a result she stole an overall over 150 million rubles from more than 5 thousand victims.

At the request fired by the investigators, a court has put Khaletskaya under house arrest pending trial. The charges are expected soon.

At the moment Saint-Petersburg Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee is also investigating criminal cases over frauds committed by OOO Atlas Travel (LLC), ZAO Firma Neva (CJSC), OOO Expo-tur (LLC), OOO Nordic Star (LLC), OOO Veter stranstvy (LLC), OOO More solntsa (LLC).

During the investigation all suspected of frauds, depriving people of proper holidays, will be held responsible.
