Allegations of violation of rights of airport staff not true

All actions of investigators in Vnukovo Falcon crash case are in strict accordance with Criminal Procedure Code.

Allegations that rights of the airport staff have been violated are not true. All questionings of the suspects, including the first ones, were conducted in presence of their lawyers. There have been no health complaints either from the defendants or their lawyers. And, of course, information about rude treatment is also untrue.

Moreover, I can say, that it was offered to the suspects to come to the Russia’s Investigative Committee by themselves for questionings. Investigators were ready to provide transport, however, on some reasons, the airport officials refused. That is why the investigators had to go to the airport, detain the suspects and interview them.
