The Bryansk Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have charged former CEO of OOO 8^th March Novozybkov Clothing and Stockinet factory Markil Yagudayev with a crime under part 1 of article 199.1 of the RF Penal Code (failure to act like a tax agent in personal interests committed on a large scale).

According to investigators, during the period between 2010 and 2012 the CEO evaded paying income taxes. The debt exceeded 2.9 million rubles. Having means to pay off the debt he preferred to spend the money on something else.

At present investigating operations are underway to consolidate the evidence.
