The Tyumen Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigating a criminal case against CEO of OOO Adonis-Avto. He is charged with crimes under part 1 of article 170.1 of the RF Penal Code (forgery of the single state roster of legal entities), part 4 of article 159 (fraud on a very large scale – 2 counts), part 1 of article 201 (company manager’s use of authority despite the legal interests of the company).

According to investigators, in the period between 2004 and 2013 the CEO of Adonis-Avto wanting to make some money used his position in the company despite rights and legal interests of the company and its co-founder, stole money from the co-founder, got illegal loans and used forged documents to doctor the single state roster of legal entities to make himself the only founder of Adonis-Avto.

His criminal actions caused the co-founder and the company pecuniary damage of over 150 million rubles.

The investigators have gathered enough evidence so the criminal case with the approved indictment has been sent to court to be tried on the merits.
