Administration of oath held in Moscow in Alexander Nevsky Investigative Committee Cadet School

The ceremony of swearing in cadets of Alexander Nevsky Cadet School of the Russia’s Investigative Committee took place today at the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945 on Poklonnaya Mount.

The ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, prefect of Southeastern administrative district of Moscow Andrey Tsybin, creative director of the State Academic Maly Theater of Russia, People’s Artist of the USSR, full holder of the order “For the Services to the Fatherland” Yuri Solomin, head of the Kuzminki district board of Moscow Lyudmila Akubekova, director of the Cadet School – Hero of the Soviet Union Igor Zaporozhan, employees of the Investigative Committee, teachers and cadets of the Cadet School, and relatives of the cadets.

In the atmosphere memorable of the heroic deeds of heroes of the Great Patriotic War, young cadets firmly and confidently read the text of the solemn oath. 30 cadets swore to be committed to the traditions of the cadet brotherhood and faithful to the Fatherland.

Mr. Bastrykin congratulated the cadets and personally awarded them their cadet certificates, wishing them successes in their studies, giving all their strength to serving to the Law, good and justice.

The Alexander Nevsky Cadet School gives children of employees of the Russia’s Investigative Committee killed in the line of duty, orphans and children from families with many children and poor families an opportunity to get proper education. Over the time of its existence the school has trained and graduated over 900 educated young men and women who continued their studies in universities of Russia.
