The investigating bodies of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigation in a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (overdue wages).

Thanks to a well-timed decision by the investigators of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate to open the investigation into a failure to pay wages to the employees by top managers of OAO UZhS-1 for over two months and also thanks to investigative and search operations carried out, the top managers of the company paid their debt to their employees.

According to investigators, between 1 December 2014 and 15 April 2015, persons from among top managers of OAO UZhS-1 violated the Russian Constitution and provisions of labor contracts concluded with the employees and failed to pay over 107 million rubles worth wages and other bonuses to 1,058 employees while having enough finance to do that.

Despite the paid debt the investigation is ongoing.
