After a public appeal to the Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin has given an order to the Head of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate to immediately open a criminal investigation into the rape of a student in a Moscow night club.

Earlier the information, including photos and videos of the sex crimes committed against the girl appeared in the Internet. Despite the fact that the crime was committed in September, the criminal investigation has not been opened yet.

The Chairman demanded to conduct full, through and impartial investigation of all that had happened to the girl.
