The Primorye Territory Investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigation against CEO of ZAO Pacific Bridge Construction Company Igor Nesterenko. He is charged with a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 (failure to pay wages, allowances and other payouts for over two months), part 1 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (partial failure to pay wages, allowances and other payments for over three months).

According to investigators, CEO of Pacific Bridge Construction Company Nesterenko (the company is a contractor of Vostochny space launching site construction) failed to pay wages to 730 workers since December 2014. The accused had a real possibility to pay the wages, but still ordered to transfer the money to other needs of the company. The debt reached almost 19 million rubles. During the investigation the debt was fully paid.

The investigators have enough evidence, so the criminal case with the approved indictment will be sent to court to be tired on the merits.
