The proof collected by the Russia's Investigative Committee bodies for the Primorsky Territory is declared sufficient by the court to deliver a sentence to Director General of the closed joint stock company "Pacific bridge building company" Igor Nesterenko. He has been declared guilty of committing crime in violation of Article 169, part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud).
It has been established by investigation and court that in the period from September 8, 2014 to April 19, 2015 the Chairman of the Directors Board of the Directors of the company organize Nesterenko to commit theft by deception of monetary funds belonging to the company of nearly 104,5 million rubles. The participants were moving monetary funds to "short-lived companies". They used stolen money on their own.
Punishment in form of 3 years and 3 months of general regime colony imprisonment has been set to Nesterenko.
The criminal case has been considered in the court with special procedure.
As was reported previously, Chairman of the Board of Directors Sergey Yudin is accused of committing crime in violation of Article 33, part 3 and Article 159, part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of fraud). The criminal case in a respect to him has not yet been considered on the merits.
In the course of investigation of the criminal case property of accused has been sequestered in order to compensate damage inflicted by committed crimes. Yudin's property of nearly 60 million rubles (flat, plot of land, car) and Nesterenko's property of nearly 100 million rubles (residential house, car, and costly wrist watch) have been distrained.
The crime has been discovered by employees of the Russian Federation department of a Federal Security Service for the Primorsky Territory.
