The Krasnodar Territory Office of the Investigative Committee has launched a pre-investigative check into hospitalization of 5 people with thermal burns from a flat in the village of Vyselki.

According to preliminary data, in the afternoon of 17 July 2016, a gas tank exploded in a flat in a block of flats located in Lenin Street in the village of Vyselki. Two adults, a teenager aged 16, and two children aged 12 and 5 years suffered burns and were taken to a hospital.

At present investigators are examining the scene. Check is underway to find out all the details of the incident. All necessary examinations have been assigned. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
