The Moscow Region Office of the Investigative Committee is investigating a case opened against 5 people on charges of a crime under Part 3, item “a” of Article 171.2 of the RF Penal Code (illegal organization of gambling).

According to investigators, a group of people illegally organized and held gambling on the premises of an abandoned summer camp located in Orekhovo-Zuyevo District. They also organized gambling using game machines outside any game zone to get profit.

The investigators have searched the building and confiscated 25 game machines and other objects proving that gambling went on there. By now all five men have been charged and released on recognizance.
